"Nice facility however, staff appear to have little or no training. Our toilet had not been cleaned, urine splashes everywhere. "Booked 5 rooms for 5 people at Bira hotel. Booking was confirmed. Then an hour before we arrived, we were told the hotel was full and that we were being moved to another hotel.
