"Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card."

"The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "

"Good communication from hotel before I arrived. No. English speakers on staff though when we arrived (and we unfortunately don't speak Spanish) so difficult to get information on local area attractions. Really uncomfortable bed, worst night's sleep in my 10 days of travelling in Chile (foot of bed felt higher than the head, like sleeping on a slope, and pronounced dip in the be) d. Nicely decorated hotel, with wood features and local crafts. Would benefit from having more comfortable chairs and...

"Um ar condicionado fez falta. Recepção boa porém confusa com hóspedes estrangeiros. O café da manhã é muito ruim, saímos com fome nas duas diárias e as meninas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e grosseiras. Estacionamento limitado e tem que dar a volta no quarteirão para estacionar. Falta uma geladeira (frigobar) no quarto. O lugar é bonito e o jardim é bem cuidado. "
