Only complaints will be the pillows ( really hard) and we left some cash in by backpack ( something you should not do ) we felt we had 160 dollars missing , probably from the cleaning lady. That was the only bad feeling of the stay feeling not safe in our room with our belongings. The hotel and rest of team and service was really good. "

"We had a nice 1 bedroom apartment. It was well designed with a good amount of storage. The bed is very comfortable. From the balcony there was a pretty tree to see through to the street scene below. We did not get replacement Nespresso pods. Dish soap may be a good idea. The doorman was very attentive and pleasant."

"Overall this hotel was wonderful! Great location, and the staff were very friendly. My only recommendations are that there needs to be more light in the rooms. We were a large group with 5 rooms and every woman in each room was complaining that it was impossible to do their makeup with the bad lighting. This was both during the day and night. The second issue is the level of noise from the street. My husband and i had a hard time sleeping at night and would wake up super early from the nose...

"Stay was awesome. Super clean. No filtered water but I bought 2 big bottles for drinking and brushing my teeth. Shower was great. Hot water. Nice pressure. Bed was super comfy. No real street noise or noise from neighbors. I arrived early and Javi gave me some great recommendations for breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. Javi sent me more recommendations and also messaged me when my room was ready. I will be staying here on all my future visits!"
