"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Norman house. Communication with Patrice was easy and the check-in process smooth. The house was clean and neat. Linen’s were fresh. The backyard was beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors friendly. The area is awash in history. About an hour from Normandy, this locale enable us to see everything we wanted and more. We had a change of plans and had to check out early, but we enjoyed our stay very much."

"The day before we arrived we where asked via text if we need linen and towels. We said yes. The evening we arrived no towels or linen. We called the concierge contact he said sorry and he could not make it that evening so no sheets or towels, but next morning he will come early. So after a long day we had no linen. He did not make it next morning either, we sat all morning waiting, so I bought towels and we went about our day. That evening there where towels and sheets available at the door. So...

"Beautiful surroundings, lovely location to Holgate and Carbourg. Excellent heated pool (kids loved it) and really friendly staff. The accommodation was slightly tired but would definitely stay again."

"We had to make the beds and clean , take off bed sheets when leaving. For the high cost you would think its included. We had to mKe sure place was spotless. Pool was not operating even . "

"Our stay at the cottage was ok, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a plus. The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. "Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal. "The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. The onsight parking spaces were very tight and some were difficult to get into. Everything else was great! Hotel breakfast had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, yogurts and cereals....all the normal offerings of many hotel breakfasts. "
