"Overall really good, pool area is fantastic and location to the lagoon and water suburb. Only improvement could be that wifi is an extra charge which was quite a disappointment and their dining options could use some revamping (limited menu options in wild ginger restaurant)."

It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. The staff were absolutely amazing my 3 year old loved the attention from all the staff from his babycino in the mornings to his daily catch ups with William...

"the only thing we didnt like was the constant banging from the boat builders on the eastern side as we were in one of the front bungalows.we do understand that they are working.over all we had a great time and will be back.this was our second time there.we love it.cheers"

"The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak....

"The location is great and the snorkelling is excellent. The staff are fantastic. The resort needs some tender loving care. The gardens are well tendered, but the rest of the infrastructure needs work. Food is a bit hit and miss but there is a Beach Bar nearby thank goodness."
