"Beautiful hotel that was located right in the middle of everything that we hoped to see and do. Super nice staff. Large comfy room and bathroom. This place had the best bed of all the other properties we stayed at. Also, had convenient parking across from it for our rental car. Glad we stayed at this property for a full week. It was our favorite place!"

"The smiles and the exceptional service is gone. You can see that they have had consultants saving every "unnecessary" cent everywhere. But it is still a good choice at a good price. The breakfast is nice with fresh bread (no butter anymore - I know it got expensive). Not possible to get mustard to the sausages. There is a well equipped shop across the street. Why did noone in the staff take an initiative? All those small things that make a difference. And give 5 stars instead of 4."

"Overall the stay was fine. The biggest disappointment was that while booking, it was said that the room has a bathtub, but it turned out to have a shower. And my room has a very weird layout, the shower from the next door room was between the wall next to bed and the shower in my room, so the soundproof feature only concerned windows, but all the noises from the neighbours shower was heard. "We had a very nice stay in hotel Narutis. The hotel is very central right on Pilies street with tons of restaurants and cafes available in walking distance. Location was very handy to watch the New Year's celebration, which took place only 5 mins from the hotel. On arrival we were told we were upgraded to the Suite (room 134) which was very nice and spacious. One thing to note is that this Suite has no view as it ovelooks the parking lot and the rubbish bins and was a bit claustrophobic. If...
