"Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it...

"The room was clean and nice for the price. Away from the typical tourist area. Relatively quiet. The hotel is in an alleyway so it's kind of tucked away and that may be a turn off but I didn't mind. I liked that it wasn't in the middle of s busy area. There were several shops within walking distance. "

"Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting. There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay. It's walkable to a few places but at the same time...

"I stayed here last month for a night. I was quite surprised by their service. They learnt my name and my route just in a morning. It was very touching when they offered a cold welcome drink and fresh towel in the hot day in Hanoi. Lovely hotel!"

Perfect location, comfortable rooms

"This was our second time here. The hotel is great, in a GREAT location. To save money we did the windowless room which I wouldn't do again. You have no concept of if it's 8 at night or 8 in the morning. Bathrooms are quite small, but the shower is great. Bed is super comfy. There is a mini bar. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice. Perfect hotel for exploring Hanoi!"

"The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and professional. I had a wonderful stay with my husband. The location is very convenient - many restaurants and shops located nearby. The hotel restaurant food was very tasty - a convenient spot to eat after a long day."

"So lovely. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, but I will certainly miss the kind attentiveness from all the staff. Very sleek , very modern stylish and clean. The 7th floor gym is incredible."

" A very comfortable, and remarkably quiet oasis amongst the busy streets of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The staff were AMAZING, so hospitable, kind and caring. The location was excellent with so many restaurants, spas and coffee shops within very close proximity."
