"This was a great place to stay"

"Beautiful view of the ocean, very nice pool, location, fall prices, seeing the holiday lights from above. Friendly staff."

"No water! We received a letter under our door explaining water would be turned off the next day... BUT floors above the 9th would not be impacted. Our water (10th floor) was shut off around 9:30 AM. No morning shower! Toilet had only 1 flush after water it was turned off. No available toilets in the lobby or restaurant. We had to use (2) $7.00 bottles of water to clean up. Then use the public toilet outside on the boardwalk. (... major ordeal to get $14 credited back to my account) "Off-season"...

"Large balcony ocean front suite was great. Tight parking garage for compacts and smaller vehicles but parking across the street available for larger vehicles. Didn't use the pool or gym. Kitchenette had two small elements needed a cast iron griddle to bridge the elements was solve the issue. Great experience would stay again."

"The staff were lovely! Parking is 20 per day but its in a safe garage . We were there for a basketball tournament and it was very convenient . It was clean and the breakfast was standard but based on other reveiws from other places breakfast at the virginia beach hotels are not up to the hotel usual standards. The breakfast was just enough but would have loved more options "

"Best thing was the view. It was directly on the Boardwalk, and the Christmas lights were up along the beach. Only two downers were the bathtub looked liked it had sand in it but was just wear and tear. Did not affect a shower. Then, no breakfast items at all, not even a coffee center in the lobby. And don't even attempt to use that little coffee maker in the room. So, you do have to go out for that ,if needed. Other then that it was very accommodating. Will stay here again. "
