"This hotel is as pretty as it looks on social media!! It is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was super comfortable everything about it was comfortable the pillows, the bed, the air, the shower, the bathroom and sound machine. I suggested they sell that in the gift shop there which was lovely. The ambience is truly gorgeous. I think it epitomizes Richmond Virginia as a gem scattered around the city.
