"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhige Lage, frisch renoviert! Super nettes Personal, beste Familienatmosphäre. Zwar kein Handynetz im Umkreis, dafür äußerst stabiles WLAN Netz, mehr als ausreichend auch zum telefonieren. Vielen Dank. Ich komme definitiv wieder!"

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
