"I love the temperature of the bath water. no waiting, and in plenty of it, regardless of the time of day or the floor (room) you are in. TV in breakfast area had the remote readily available, which is a real plus and a variety of stations, however it appeared that upon turning the tv on it always came on at extremely loud volume (blaring)!
