"I'm glad that the listing no longer includes breakfast in the amenities list, because there is none. Owner did make some good restaurant recommendations when asked. A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. "Soooo the motel is in the middle of reconstruction. The rooms are great, modern, big, comfortable beds, lovely floors in bathroom, good amenities. Microwave, fridge coffeemaker, big tv. The other parts of motel are being remodeled. I did not like being asked how long i was going to wait for my brother in the lounge because “ it wasn’t for sitting around) or something to the effect, when i had been there 35 minutes. Extremely rude and very inhospitable "

"First time bed and breakfast experience. Can I tell you, the host Nash was wonderful. We were there for a week long Cooperstown tournament at dreams park. The house is located about 20 minutes from the park but easy to get to. We ate delicious gourmet breakfast everyday compliments of the host. Delicious coffee too! I highly recommend renting the room with beautiful view, If not , you can hang out on deck. Swim, fish etc. Thank you dealrly! "
