"This was a great option for our 3 night stay in Bondi. Just be aware that there is no lift and the apartment is on the first floor. Eli was there to help us with our luggage though when we checked in. A wonderful location for public transport options with the bus just steps from the building. "

"This is a great place with outstanding views in a very good location. The building has seen better days, and there are 3 floors of narrow stairs to negotiate. If you have concerns about that, you should be aware. The place has been renovated nicely, but it is not as nice as in the pictures - nothing major but wear and tear - sofa and chairs are a little less inviting. Everything works, the views are great, and this is really great value1"

When we arrived the keys were not where they were supposed to be, and when I called the property manager he started giving me a lecture. I would keep him away from the phones. "I had the best stay...this cute terrace house is walking distance to Bondi shops and nearby beaches. Bright, breezy, stylish, super comfortable bed, huge telly, renovated bathroom and the lounge room doors fully open to a lovely little garden. I could not have been happier."

"We had a great stay - the house was fantastic as we all had our own space and the location was excellent within walking distance to the beach and the shops Would highly recommend that you advise guests that if you have a car to arrange a parking permit with The Waverley Council as street parking is very expensive Also please note that the bins were full and on the street and the neighbours were not happy about this and we had a visit from The Waverley Council on this "

"Sheets were clean and EVERYTHING else was not. I attempted to liase with the property manager on this and was totally shut down. No offer of a solution - an extra clean maybe! - took multiple pictures on arrival and tried to share them with her but she just was not interested. We left two days early. Furthermore - trying to find a way to raise this with Stayz directly was impossible. All in all the worst stay we've had anywhere and the only time i've ver written a negative review of anything."

"Loved the “Bondi experience”. Location is perfect. Walking access to everything day or night. Enjoyed having drinks in the bar downstairs. Loved being able to hear the “live music” from downstairs when our windows were open. Loved the 45 degree of the ocean the Bondi main street view. A totally positive stay for us as a couple. ❤️❤️"
