"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "

"Der Service war wirklich klasse, und die freundliche Dame beim Frühstück hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht! Beim nächsten Mal würde ich mich für ein Comfort Plus Zimmer entscheiden, da das zur Parkseite gelegen ist und es dort ruhiger ist. Auch die Einrichtung könnte ein kleines Update vertragen, aber insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen!"

"Wir waren bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel, das jetzt unter neuer Leitung steht. Aber ansonsten hat sich nichts geändert. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, große saubere Zimmer und das Frühstück war wieder sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und der Service war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "

"We were first given the Souterrain room no. 41 which had some water pipes running through the room making it sound like water was running straight through the room whenever somebody flushed or showered. Upon complaining we were given room 43 which was much quieter and had a better layout. We we also told that for an extra 10€ we would have got a larger room with king size bed. "This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. Great location as both trains and buses just steps away as well as grocery store."

"Loved the hotel and how fast our room was cleaned and prepared! Very clean! The restaurant is awesome with great food options. The location is as good as it gets!! The only thing is the pool is not accessible to under 18y.o. And that was not clear to us when we booked. "
