"Clean, tidy and friendly"

"We arrived on rainy Christmas Day. All shops restaurants were closed. Very quiet day. Ili who’s the front desk was trying to help us find the place to eat. And hand me a safety book for driving around. Lucky we had booked a Christmas dinner at hotel. The glass shower door wasn’t full size only half way of the bathtub. It’ll be very wet on the floor after took a bath. "

"Great location near the beach which is easily walkable. Pancake rocks is right up the road and walkable as well. A few food options in area, no groceries nearby so come prepared. Beach area was awesome but watch for the sand flies!"

"Our room had everything we needed - beds, small kitchenette and decent shower. The laundry facilities that accepted credit card were a huge bonus. The only problem was the noise - you can hear everything around you. Yes it was a busy period… but worth calling it out. Otherwise, good value for money in Franz. "
