"Good but not amazing. We were in the big main timber building above reception and had a great view over the harbour in our "executive room" with balcony. But this area of town now feels "corporatised" with one company seemingly managing all the properties in the area and cross-promoting the cafes, bars and restaurants, located just metres away. "Room chairs are very uncomfortable but suited the decor of the property. Some curtains were tattered, spiderwebs in corners and around windows. The breakfast was very nice as was the service. The property is in keeping with the period but the gardens have been let go. "

"Wow! My entire family was impressed with Marsden court. We booked three seperate rooms and ALL of them were phenomenonal. Each one was well stocked and CLEAN. And well maintained. Nothing was broken or chipped or damaged. There was extra blankets if needed as well as tea and a kettle. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, perfect after a long day of hiking and driving. "Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open.
