"The hotel has a lot of potential as the view is gorgeous and the room was spacious. Sadly that was ruined by the fact that over a 4 night stay we never got to use the private pool as it was green. We told the staff multiple times and they barely cleaned it, the first time we watched the guy and he only skimmed the top, never used a brush where the algae was. "Nice private villas in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the north and west side of the island with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Staff here very friendly and helpulful. Earplugs a requirment (provided at the villa) for the very early morning call to prayer from the Mosque. I am sure this will aplly to any accomodation on the island. All in all the villas and island were a great place to stay and would have gladly done more time here. "

"This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!"
