"Walking down the hall, there were areas that smelled like cigarette smoke, and it didn’t seem to be coming from guest rooms - more like employee areas. The floors in the check-in area were sticky. The hallway carpet had big stains and was unraveling at the seams. Our room was clean, though. It was a fine pet-friendly room."
