The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (coffee machine, plates, silverware, glasses, washing machine, etc.) The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night. The property grounds were beautiful and the canal was lovely. The staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again! "Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. "

"Great location right on the edge of city centre. Staff were as helpful as they could possibly be. Had oven, microwave, fridge, & washing machine. Able to get everything clean at the end of our 6 day stay. Also ate there the last night. Food was plentiful, tasty & very reasonable."

"Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. "It was for a leisurely stay and in a quieter part of the waterfront which was ideal for me. Good size bedroom overlooking the working harbour. Great views. Bathroom is a good size. Comfortable large bed with soft bedding."

"Beautiful new property. Location excellent to explore market and muslim section but evening can look bit scary as there are homeless around. I wouldn’t mind staying rather here and take Uber around that is about $4 to go anywhere around town and be in nice property than to be at Waterfront that is located close to the restaurants but is very wore down. Loved this hotel"

"Mr Mdu, front reception is a very professional n friendly person. We had ab existing booking from December 31st to January 2nd. Due to some plan changes had to add another day to this booking. Tried calling, spoke to the GM of hotel but no one was willing to help. Ended up making a separate reservation for night of December 30th. Mdu when checking in made sure that both reservations are tied together n we had the same room for our duration."
