"I would rate it more than 5 stars because of the staff. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I want to particularly complement Ewa at the reception desk on 3/8/2025. I originally reserved a transfer to KEF airport at 1pm with a transfer bus service company. I had to leave early that day. The bus transfer company refused to change my transfer to an earlier pick up which I understood. After Ewa found out my problem, she volunteered to contact the bus company on my behalf, and was able to change it for me. Many thanks to Ewa!! That goes to show excellent customer service at the very best. Kudos to Ewa and Grandi By Center Hotels!"

"The Reykjavik Edition is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. For my first time in Iceland it was an unforgettable experience and the hotel was just as amazing as the country itself! The staff there were unreal and so accommodating, I've never felt more taken care of! The amenities are top notch and the location is an ideal base to explore Reykjavik as well as the rest of Iceland. I am so thankful I chose this hotel and would easily recommend it to anyone traveling to Iceland as the customer care is unparalleled! Skol to all the lovely people I met at the edition! "
