"Our room had everything we needed - beds, small kitchenette and decent shower. The laundry facilities that accepted credit card were a huge bonus. The only problem was the noise - you can hear everything around you. Yes it was a busy period… but worth calling it out. Otherwise, good value for money in Franz. "

"We arrived on rainy Christmas Day. All shops restaurants were closed. Very quiet day. Ili who’s the front desk was trying to help us find the place to eat. And hand me a safety book for driving around. Lucky we had booked a Christmas dinner at hotel. The glass shower door wasn’t full size only half way of the bathtub. It’ll be very wet on the floor after took a bath. "

"Very relaxing and home like stay. Came in with low expectations since this was a small motel ( in my mind ). But was blown away by the thoughtfulness of the setup. Arrived late but the keys were all set up and ready for us without hassle. Comfortable room with kitchenette and upgraded interiors . Very friendly communication both prior and during stay. Very peaceful and away from the hustle of the main motorway. Would have loved to stay longer . Kids rate it higher than some of the larger...

"Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel! The receptions and bell staff were lovely and the glass of Kiwi juice offered very refreshing. Our room was fine, 2 queen beds however the walls are paper thin and we experienced a constant slamming of doors and children shouting well into the evening. In the bar the staff seemed nonplussed when we asked for Gin & Tonic (also cucumber in Tanqueray??) They presented the bill with every drink even though they had our room number. Nothing is offered with the drinks...
