If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. "This was our second time and just like the first, we had an amazing time. Jimmy and his family are so nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. We came to spend quality time as a family. We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that. We didn't catch any fish but the memories made here are so worth it! Thank you so much Zimmerman family and we'll see you next time!"

"We stayed here on our trip to visit our son and daughter-in-law in the area. From the moment we booked through our check out, John was a very communicative and hospitable host. We really enjoyed the property as it reminded us of home and was a quiet haven to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The home was very well equipped, and the eggs and honey from on site were a welcome surprise. We will definitely return when in the area."

"A great location for the Dallas Cowboys vs Detroit Lions match up. We came, we saw and we kicked butt! The house was nicely equipped for the group that traveled in from MI, LA and FL though all native Michiganders. Beds were very comfortable! Showers great! Grocery store right across the street! Breakfast restaurant and donut shop a few blocks away. Located close to AT&T stadium and Texas Live. Quick uber ride to the airport. Would stay again!"
