"I really like the place and I’ve gotta say that even facing out to the front there wasn’t any traffic or noise. The only real problem is the air-conditioner was just so loud and clunking sounding. It’s definitely something that they need to attend to because I had it in both rooms, that I was moved to. It’s a good location. Parking was really easy. And the furnishings were terrific. I’m really hoping they fix this AC issue because it’s a great place and the staff are really terrific. "

"Room was very clean and good size. Car parking was easy to access and well lit. Staff were friendly. Great for public transport options and also so close to walking trails along the yarra river. Would have preferred plumper pillows but otherwise bed was comfy."

"Stayed multiple nights. Well located close to Smith St and nicely furnished. Reception staff very welcoming. Unfortunately cleaning/servicing not up to standard. Shower was mouldy and had to call each day to have the room turned over. Housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly and put out by having to service the room. We booked parking in andvance and paid up front only to find the car park had been oversubscribed on one occasion - property needs to manage parking allocations better. Overall, good...
