"Couldn't be in a better location! Steps to all that downtown Nevada City has to offer. Host communication was amazing and very accommodating. Also appreciated the many kids toys they had in the house which kept my toddler occupied - for those traveling with kids that is a Godsend. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall the house is really nice and the views are incredible. However, the Sauna was broken, and the house was missing basic necessities like trash bags and also didn’t have enough toilet paper."

"Everyone loved this location. The property is fantastic for families and large groups. The water situation is a huge bummer. We used bottled water for everything, including brushing our teeth. The owners are communicative and friendly. The dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and maintained by people renting like us, and they were all filthy. Just be prepared to bring multiple jugs of water and I recommend disposable plates, utensils etc. Its a shame bc the place is basically otherwise...

"I am retired and have a bad knee. But my aches and pains were less while out by the pond. I love the quiet and nature showing itself everywhere. Great site for star watching too. We saw one shooting star the first night. Good glamping. Even my old dog, Emma, loved walking around and around the camper on the leash. "

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"This house was perfect for our family - the layout is spacious and accommodated all of us so well. There's a big table for meals and playing games. Beds were so comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the location is lovely! So peaceful and we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Definitely on our return list!"

"The pictures almost don’t do it justice! A very cool construction with three domes (each absorbs its own sound) with a very spacious, open kitchen-living room area perfect for gatherings. "Everything was exactly as I hoped. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a nice wash station attached to the restrooms unfortunately it ran out of water after the first use. Since I wasn't expecting it I really can't complain. Overall perfect stay!"

"Being a Nevada County who rented this house with some friends for our annual getaway, this was perfect. Lots of rooms, great hangout spaces and even some disc golf accessories. Solid location, close to downtown GV and NC. "
