This hotel is the best managed and operated place of lodging; from the front desk staff to the housekeepers; the chefs to the waiters/waitresses; from the gym staff to room service—we have seriously never witnessed such a well oiled and functioning hotel, ever!! Every staff member we encountered were pleasant, professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. We visit Zambia almost yearly and it is with great delight that we have found and now chosen our home away from home in Zambia!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE (plus it’s right across the street from Manda Hill Mall—very convenient)."
