Simple, clean wipe-the-sleet-clean renovation of an old property in a fantastic location. The staff was available (we dialed their number and a helpful person actually on the property, not an “call center”, answered and treated us like we were important!), accommodating, and super helpful. Reservations were easy, our room was clean and fresh, and we had everything we needed. An affordable, clean, comfortable place to stay (less than dinner🙂) in the midst of all the festivities of Downtown Rochester and all the Christmas holiday lights (or any time) was more than we could have asked for!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The renovations are nice. There is no space to even put a curling iron or any thing on the sink in the bathroom. There is not even a mirror in the bedroom area or plugs to do make up or a place to put your luggage. You can put everything on the floor. No shelves to put anything
