Although they are currently renovating the property is clean and the breakfast is slamming and free!! The pool was clean and decent. The price was really good and convenient to Farmington Hills. Would definitely stay again.

I really like the hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive, rooms were clean and housekeeping was nice as well. I also, liked how Housekeeping cleaned throughout the day at this hotel, that’s a plus for me. The only con, I would say I had was parking was limited and there was construction around the area other than that everything was awesome.

My five-night stay at this hotel was miserable. There are so many negatives about this hotel. They seem to not know at all how to run a hotel business and a front desk person admitted as much to me. The worst is that even though I asked for it each day, my room was never cleaned by housekeeping and the bed sheets and blankets were dirty. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Marriott name. Stay far away from it.

Not enough choice for breakfast items, not enough room in the room bathroom, overall cleanliness was not as expected and didn’t get the handicap room even though had requested since traveling with 90 years old parents.

Our check out suppose to be at noon. When I come back from hospital at 10 o'clock, my room was open. My stuff stayed in the room. I told receptionist at 8 o'clock in the morning, I am coming back. It is not good service.

Family Trip
It was a family trip with our two adult kids. We booked two rooms, and hotel did provide adjoining rooms. Breakfast was excellent with lot of choices. Rooms were fair size, bathrooms were clean and newly renovated.

The property is undergoing renovation until at least mid-October 2024. When I arrived, I was handed a letter telling me to expect construction noise from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and was offered free earplugs. I stayed one night and checked out. Once the work is completed, it’s a nice property in a good location with an excellent free breakfast.
