I am there due to my power and heat being out. I was seeking an elevated "Hilton " experience. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member. I twice had to ask for clean laundry before I laid down, and clean linen before I showered due to soiled linens and towels.

The quality of cleanliness needs to be improved at this location. I refuse to even take a shower because it was so filthy. There were stains on the walls and a smudged bathroom mirror. Simple things that you would do to make a room clean looks like it was completely overlooked.

Unfortunately when we arrived around 530p we noticed somethings that were not up to par with the room. No shower curtain, shoe prints on the edge of the tub and inside the tub that i had to clean. I didn't notice the blood streak along the toilet bowl until the middle of the night which was gross because I'm 9 months pregnant so i knew it wasn't for me.

There was an outbreak of ants all over the room one night. We also found a bunch of them in the pool area, so I suspect they are throughout the hotel. Staff didn't seem surprised and gave us another room, but we had to spend the night cleaning everything because the ants got everywhere. Emailed the manager when I got back and never heard anything back. Rooms weren't cleaned well either, so that may explain the bugs.

Unfortunately, the room above had an occupant that would not stop yelling at someone all night long. Called the front desk twice. The room was dirty. Never vacuumed the carpets or washed the floors. I don’t wear slippers, so when I would step into the shower the dirt would run off the bottom of my feet. I videotaped myself cleaning mold from the shower doors with a swizzle stick. When I showed the the video they only cleaned the shower.

I liked the hotel and would stay again. What i didn't like was the there were no cups of any kind in my room, i needed to take some notes no pad or pen, i won't use expedia again to book because they don't offer these discounts, AARP, AAA, SENIOR, OR GOVERNMENT/MILITARY DISCOUNTS. I Should have used the hotel website, the vendor machine wouldn't except my credit card or cash for a soda, other than that the hotel and staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was good as well..
