We reserved a room with a jetted tub, hoping to enjoy it together. The tub is not the size that we've experienced at other facilities. We had to take turns using it. Otherwise, the facilities we're well cleaned, and the stay was very relaxing.

I did NOT like that every night and morning children were thumping up and down on the floor. I was on the 1st floor and the entire stay was miserable listening to wild children that were unsupervised even in the dining area. Large groups of children should be on first floor period! No one should have to endure this while on vacation!!! It was miserable!!!

I checked in and went to my room. I was in my room for about 10 minutes, went to the bathroom and grabbed a hand towel hanging above the toilet. I wiped my hands with it, wnd the whole towel was dirty. I was disgusted!!! I did call and ask if i cpuld get new towels and the woman asked if i wasnted new towels or to switch rooms, i said new towels. But when my kids found out they didnt want to stay in the room anymore im fear the whole room was dirty. So we asked to have a new room snd we got a new room on a different floor and it was a much better room! But still felt disgusted.
