Red Oak

Front Desk Clerk was helpful and nice. She works the morning shift. Big Property 3 stories. Near freeway and lots of restaurants and stores?are nearby. Parking lot has potholes. Room was decent for its price. Not to bad for a shorter stay.

I liked it better when it was the RED ROOF INN. I had to switch rooms due to dirty pillow case, and no remote for the TV. Thr second room i got was no better; obvious hair left in the shower and sink counter, dirty carpet, obvious broken parts to the room. Just overall nasty interior. Definitely will not be going back. However, the staff was friendly and they made it very easy to switchs rooms.

I pulled back the sheets and found shredded cheese and ashes!!!!!! The gentleman in office was the only reason I gave them one star! He deserves 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction!

Not so good, bed was broken , mattress was sunkin in at the top , bathroom was dirty towels had grease marks, paint was chipping on walls ,carpet was moist and dirty microwave was missing the turn table I side,fridge wasn't cold, however person at check in was friendly, would not stay here again pictures from online didn't look like the room I was in at all.. just dirty

Good location and priced right! There’s no getting around the fact that this is a budget, budget, budget hotel! No coffee in the room. Wi-Fi almost nonexistent. No breakfast. Many of the residents live here. Not a good choice for a family vacation, but perfect for the solo traveler looking to save money, and not expecting anything fancy.

Nothing about this property I liked except it was peaceful and the staff was nice and the bed had clean linen and comfortable. Wanted a room on the 2nd floor but the elevator was not working. No microwave, floors haven't been swept or mopped in weeks. The stench of old cigarettes, liquor and funky feet filled the room. 1Tub was dirty and had hair in it. There is a huge hole in the wall where the sink'I s plumbing is located. I bought cleaning supplies and a broom to clean room because they wouldn't do a refund. My worst stay using expedia. I don't usually read reviews but I will be reading them from here on out!!!!!!

Theres no heat im having to stay wrapped in my coat the room is in extreamly poor condition holes in the wall bathroom door is conpletely shatered and coming apart fridge is nasty. I had to go to desk to ask for a towel however its to cold in here to attempt to shower and no toilet paper. If theyd refund my money id definitely go somewhere else. At this point it might be warmer to sleep in my car
