"We stayed here while visiting family in the Rice Lake area. It is so quiet here! We never heard anything while there. Bed was comfortable, cleanliness was above what we expected. Full kitchen. We used the oven and dishwasher and never a problem. Modern appliances etc. and beautiful deck. We will be back and bring more family to stay in the other cottages as well! "We had a good time on our UTV and on the pontoon enjoying the scenery and locals. Suzanne was great. Always communicated and was very friendly. Only a couple suggestions: My hubby is a big boy was careful not to lean on the deck railing and avoided a couple of rotted boards on the deck and stairs to the dock. He also received a nasty scrape on his knee getting on the pontoon. Nothing horrible but was hoping to find a first aid kit in the bathroom but didn't? That might be something to have...

"We really enjoyed our stay on the Chetek chain of lakes. The house was well cared for, clean and had everything we needed to make our family vacation effortless. The owners were very friendly and responsive and the location was perfect. It was very nice not having a lot of boat traffic to listen to while sitting outside on the patio but we liked that it was just a short boat ride to bigger part of the lake."
