Problem we had was the elevator was out of service during our entire stay and we had to haul luggage to 3rd floor above the main floor (floor zero). "Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "
