"Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house, so well equipped and everything has been thought of. The slide and gamesroom gave all the family so much fun. The weather was lovely, so we were able to use the vast outdoor area. The host was superb, so thoughtful and accommodating in all areas. Will most definitely be returning."

Ian our host was a great communicator and let us have early check in which was great. We had no reason to contact Ian during our stay as everything was set up for us. "The house and facilities were excellent, spacious house with lots of outdoor space, games, hot tub, swimming pool etc. Perfect house for a weekend away with friends. There were just a couple of issues which could be very easily rectified - you cannot open the downstairs en-suite bathroom from the inside once the door is closed, which resulted in my friend being locked in there for 10 minutes as we couldn’t hear her shouting from upstairs, had this have been a child this would have been awful....

"The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property."

"The property was very clean, quiet and peaceful I was grateful for the little extras which were added for a comfortable stay The only negative being there were no blinds or covering to the doors which made me feel very vulnerable at nights being an eighty year old female travelling alone!"

"Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages."
