Step into the comfort of this delightful home, where you'll be greeted by a fully enclosed yard and secure off-street parking.
Inside, the entry welcomes you with a laundry and separate toilet for your convenience. Follow through to the spacious kitchen and dining area, housing a well-appointed kitchen and a cosy 4-seater dining suite featuring many essentials and modern appliances.
Continue into the cosy living room (please mind your step), where comfy seating, a Smart TV and a charming seating area await. A quaint study area is nestled off the space, featuring seating and a desk, perfect for enjoying a good read or catching up on work.
Upstairs, you'll find two delightful bedrooms connected by a walk-through bathroom. Each bedroom features a plush queen bed, while the bathroom offers full amenities, including a step-in shower.

If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Please note that 'Kinetic' has you covered for some routes to and from Devonport as well.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the house is situated on a corner next to a busy roundabout. You will hear some traffic noise at times.
Please note that the staircase is steep and there are no baby gates for children. Please keep supervised at all times.
There are 2 internal steps/uneven surfaces inside the property. One leading from the laundry/entrance and he other leading down to the living room from the kitchen. Please be careful and mind your step.
