Unparalleled views, great location, good food, friendly and very helpful staff especially Kamlesh who did everything in his capacity to make sure we have a comfortable stay and the servers but left highly disappointed with the rundown cottage rooms. We had our room changed but that didn't change anything about the not getting hot water for showers on any of the 5 days we stayed at the property. There was leakage from the toilet which wasn't fixed. For the amount of money being charged per night, the toiletries were very basic. The bed sheets seemed like they hadn't been washed at all with a very prominent mold smell. I paid the whole amount and handsomely tipped the staff but I am not happy with the condition of the room and based on the charges warranted for a way better experience. I would like to get a good portion of my payment credited back.
