"A Unique location and property. We stayed in the largest suite which sadly has been decorated rather oddly (leather sofas and a giant chandelier that belongs in a beach resort in Tulum not in an ancient Georgian castle) The second bed in the suite was lumpy and uncomfortable. However the staff was polite, the pool unique and the location/ambiance was incredible. Just for the experience of staying in a hotel that old, I would recommend it. "

"City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay."

"We booked this flat for one week. We loved the area around Old Tblisi. Levan, our host, helped us with our luggage up the several steps to the flat. Greatly appreciated. "Everything was good except when the taxi driver dropped me from airport to this hotel total (20 minutes ride ) instead of $12 or max $15 he asked for $120 and when I told that to hotel receptionist and security that the guy is trying to rob me they smiled and they didn’t help me. "

"My cousin and I had the best time at this hotel, they really went above and beyond in every way. The location is superb; we found it very easy to walk or get to various landmarks and various tour operators are based a 5 min walk from the hotel, and the area feels very safe. The breakfast is perfect: a broad selection which includes local food and we thought it offered more variety than the standard continental breakfast you get at other hotels. The staff were always extremely helpful and lovely. The room and facilities were great and the rooftop bar was a lovely place to relax. I honestly could not fault anything and had a very comfortable and happy stay there. The icing on the cake was that I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel arranged a surprise for me which was so so lovely of them, I will always remember and cherish that. If I visit Tbilisi again I will definitely go back to this hotel."

"Excellent at all levels. As indicated in its name, it is a budget hotel, but in the most positive way, with lots the facilities and advantages. "The beds are nice and the property is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is convenient and full of delicious options but is very expensive. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good and a better price."
