Studio atelier for Nature Lovers

Pretty Studioatelier (75 qm) in the pre-alpine region of the Bavarian country side, south of Munich and near Bad Tölz.
The 1-room studio studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, another bed can be provided.

Suitable for nature lovers, the studio is nestled in a square meter of private land on which is also the main house, on the edge of a nature reserve in the typical Bavarian foothills of the country inns and Badeweihern in the vicinity.

Bad Tölz is about 10 km away, a bit further you can reach the Tegernsee and Starnberger See. The Munich Marienplatz is about 40 km away.

einfach schön
Es war schön und ausergewöhnlich. Das Haus und die Umgebung waren schön. Es war alles da und auch Holz zum feuern des Bullerjahn. Es war war warm und kuschelig. Für 2 Personen mit Hund ist es Ideal. Mit Hund ist man gleich am Feld. Wir werden bestimmt Wiederkommen.

Traumhaus!
Da passt einfach alles! Beste Ausstattung, bis ins kleinste Detail, urgemütlich, tolles Ambiente durch unzählige Lampen und Lichterketten,tolles Außengelände (auch für den Hund!). Supernette Gastgeber, zig Seen in der Nähe zum baden und hinradeln (natürlich auch die Isar!), absolut ruhige Lage und doch gut ans Straßennetze angeschlossen, Hütte für 2 weitere Personen (mit TV!). 100% zu empfehlen!! Ferienhaus mit Topausstattung in bester Lage
Dieses separat gelegene Ferienhaus (auf dem Grundstück der Eigentümer) wurde sehr umsichtig und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gibt vielfältige Möglichkeiten, sich draußen oder auf der zugehörigen "Alm" in ein paar Kilometern Entfernung aufzuhalten und auszuruhen. Die Privatsphäre ist überall durch geschickt angelegte Bepflanzung oder Wände vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit bei der touristischen Planung oder sogar dem Transport der Fahrräder bei Bedarf. Das alles geschieht in sympathischer und unaufdringlicher Weise. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft für Ruhe- und Entspannungssuchende uneingeschränkt weiter!

Ein wunderbarer Platz...
...um zur Ruhe zu kommen, sich zu erholen und die Natur zu genießen. Die Region bietet Wanderziele in der Nähe, es lohnt sich aber auch, ein paar Kilometer anzufahren. Das Quartier ist einmalig schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, einfach stimmig und mit vielen Möglichkeiten, gerade im beginnenden Herbst für verschiedenste Lichtstimmungen zu sorgen. Unsere Vermieter haben uns und unseren Vierbeiner bestens aufgenommen und ganz nebenbei noch mit hervorragenden Ausflugtipps versorgt. Es war Erholung pur, jede Minute ein Genuss und ohne oder mit tierischem Anhang absolut zu empfehlen.
