"Great house to stay at but a car is essential if you plan on a lot of exploring and for local shopping. Local bus stop just around the corner for both directions and Vallandar is around a 30 minute walk away or nearest city of Koblenz (which is wunderbar!) is a 30 minute bus trip. We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. "The apartment/ home in Koblenz was a wonderful stop for our family. The home was spacious and had beautiful views of the city and river. It was well equipped for us to cook a few meals from. It was a little tricky to find at first, but the detailed instructions were very helpful and we were able to do so. Our host was wonderful!! She was always Quick and ready to respond to our Request or questions. We would highly recommend this property!!!"
