"A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. Next time a longer stay to settle in and explore the area more. Cardigan is lovely, beaches so picturesque. Moody Cow for Sunday Lunch.......the best Ive ever had!! Cant wait to return. Well done to the owners for understanding their Clients needs. "

"Absolutely fantastic place to stay, the whole set up from booking, arrival, checkout is flawless. The information pack sent was really easy to understand, facilities for a shepherds hut are like a 5star hotel. "I loved my time at the yurt, it was such a peaceful and restorative environment! Louise and Anthony were amazing hosts, very responsive with communication and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The beautiful scenery and lovely walks were just what I needed, and Bow Street was a great home-base for me as I did not need a car and could walk to the village for groceries and take the bus or train to surrounding areas. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We were greeted by the most friendly gentleman, who checked us in, offered to take our bags and showed us to our room. He asked if we would like a table for dinner and invited us to join in with the quiz. The food was delicious, the waiting staff knowledgeable, chatty and even the other customers were friendly too. Great place to stay for work

"Stayed here a few times in different rooms. This one was different again. Set up in a type of annex little cottage external at the side of the hotel. Didn’t know what to expect but pleasantly surprised. Lovey warm and spacious double room and on suite. Like a little one bed cottage. Road noise wasn’t too bad seeming the lane was close to the main road. Warm and secure all amenities there. Nice little hotel and always happy here. Breakfast had changed to between 0730-0830. Very short time frame. So didn’t partake in the breakfast included. Which is usually very very good. "

"A beautiful house owned and run by beautiful people. Whats not like about this beautiful home. I stayed here over night on my regular work trip. First of many I hope. Tony and Chris are such a lovely, friendly couple. The house is a labour of love as Tony said, and anyone staying here should feel humbled and privileged for Tony and Chris to welcome you into their home. The pictures do not do the house justice although gives you a very good idea of what to expect. Seeing the house in person and feeling the history, warmth and love they have and are putting into it leaves you feeling in ore and I’m also quite jealous of what they have achieved. The bed, bedding, decor, tea & coffee making facilities all were better than some high end hotels I have stayed in over the years. One word to sum up my stay… Perfect"

A quality, historic hotel

"The Gwesty’r Marine Hotel is part of an older Victorian Era district. It shows its age at times, but the overall experience is outstanding. The people are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable except that it got pretty hot on the one really sunny day we had (which was unusual for November). If you are expecting a modern hotel with all the newest amenities, you will find more issues. If you want a great place to stay, within walking distance of the city center, and don’t mind some historical ambience, you will not be disappointed. The restaurant also has great choices for dinner."
