"Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us."

"We arrived late and it was the night of the boss' wedding. Yeah, right. So we couldn't park the car in the underground garage at the Hotel but had to find a place on the street wherever I could. No restaurant for the night of course, you know, the wedding. A complimentary drink in exchange. Well, decide for yourself. Other than these it was a nice place, for one night we had to spend there."

"Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention."

The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"The apartment is lovely, very very clean and modern. Fresh linens and towels. Easy to navigate to via Google and Apple Maps. Check in and out had no problems. Pascal and his wife are so kind and attentive, they provided a brief tour when I arrived, a binder full of information about things to do in the city, and all text communications were answered very promptly and clearly. Gorgeous big windows, great view, excellent walking distance to the basilica and only a 15 minute drive to the city...

"Very interesting property within walking distance of sites, restaurants, and transit. Apartment is historic and beautiful, and has everything needed for simple meals and coffee. "I loved my stay here and only wish it was longer. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful, everyone says hi as you walk through the hotel. The building is beautiful with sumptuous relaxing interior decor from the restaurant to the garden to the room. The room had everything I could need including a balcony with a view over the garden. And to top it all off there is a stylish relax spa with excellent massage and pleasant pool. "
