The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. "Well we can find nothing negative to say about this holiday home - even if we wanted to !! Equipped to the highest standard and fantastic attention to detail in terms of decor and comfort and facilties. The beds are comfy , plenty of hot water for either bathing or showering and superbly equipped kitchen and laundry facilities which is really important if you are walking in the wet and mud . The location is perfect too with a 15 minute walk to Porthgain where there is some excellent bar...

"We were greeted by the most friendly gentleman, who checked us in, offered to take our bags and showed us to our room. He asked if we would like a table for dinner and invited us to join in with the quiz. The food was delicious, the waiting staff knowledgeable, chatty and even the other customers were friendly too. "

Great place to stay for work

"Stayed here a few times in different rooms. This one was different again. Set up in a type of annex little cottage external at the side of the hotel. Didn’t know what to expect but pleasantly surprised. Lovey warm and spacious double room and on suite. Like a little one bed cottage. Road noise wasn’t too bad seeming the lane was close to the main road. Warm and secure all amenities there. Nice little hotel and always happy here. Breakfast had changed to between 0730-0830. Very short time frame. So didn’t partake in the breakfast included. Which is usually very very good. "

"A beautiful house owned and run by beautiful people. Whats not like about this beautiful home. I stayed here over night on my regular work trip. First of many I hope. Tony and Chris are such a lovely, friendly couple. The house is a labour of love as Tony said, and anyone staying here should feel humbled and privileged for Tony and Chris to welcome you into their home. The pictures do not do the house justice although gives you a very good idea of what to expect. Seeing the house in person and feeling the history, warmth and love they have and are putting into it leaves you feeling in ore and I’m also quite jealous of what they have achieved. The bed, bedding, decor, tea & coffee making facilities all were better than some high end hotels I have stayed in over the years. One word to sum up my stay… Perfect"
