Stayed in 2 different rooms, 1bd penthouse apartment was great. Heaps of room and the balcony is huge, perfect for watching the sunset. The Deluxe 2 bedroom seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower, the shower flooded and there was leftover toiletries from the previous guest. The black out blinds in the room didn't work so we were woken up at 5am (asked Reception to contact maintenance but nothing was done). The 2nd bedroom also had a fist hole through the door. The beds are rock hard so if you need a soft bed, this isn't the place for you. The location is great though, plenty of places to eat/ drink and you can walk anywhere.

Not what we expected…
"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one ..."
