We love staying at the Gwandalan house. We found this little gem after having a bad experience at the Ariana. The staff is amazing and the rooms are nice as well as clean. I stay here every 2-3 months and usually several times throughout the month when we need to go to Dipolog.

The Gwandalan House is a cozy, garden-style hotel, located just outside the downtown area of Dipolog City. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I especially enjoyed the firm bed, no sore back in the mornings. Depending on the time of day, the WiFi was very slow. They offer a modest free breakfast and a diverse menu all day. We ate the free breakfast daily and supper a couple of times. They also offer transportation to and from the airport. They offer good value for travelers. We would stay here again.

Woundefull Hotel its perfect the Best Hotel in Dipolog City . We like it so much. Nice rooms nice garden and great yummy Breakfast and all service stuff ao friendly helpfull. Amazing we will come back .

Proprietors and support staff extremely accommodating, encountered an issue whereby I needed to stay an extra night and they kindly allowed me to check in earlier than usual- very helpful toward my situation! If ever in Dipolog City, would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean place with lots of different options for food around. I felt pretty safe as a foreigner walking around. At night they close a gate and have security. Easy to get a trike and go anywhere. They had decent food and took care of laundry for me. Spoke good English which helped when asking for assistance or things to do. The staff were all nice. Hot shower with good water pressure. Comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel in Dipolog!

Have stayed at this the Gwandalan several times and it's always great place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well kept and the food is always good. I look forward to my next stay at the Gwandalan House!

This was by far the best hotel I stayed in on my visit to the Philippines. The staff are truly exceptional, attentive, and extremely friendly. The outdoors were beautiful, the rooms were clean safe and inviting. The staff even recommended a flower shop and drove me to pick up flowers. They go above and beyond the standard here. I highly recommend.

Our first contact was Virna. She was very nice and helped us settle in smoothly. She was awesome! We later met Abba, Tessa, Hyzel, Dave, and many others. They all were amazing. The staff and service were wonderful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were beautiful. The food they made us was very tasty. When and if I visit the Philippines again, I will stay in this establishment. Thank you all very much!
