the hotel was closed and the room offered was at the back of the hotel which i wouldnt have left my dog in there. the advert was misleading and wefused to stay due to the poor standard and we are still awaiting a refund, which i dont think i will receive
Absolutely lovely! Jess was amazing. Down to earth lady. Breakfast was amazing! The room itself, comfy had everything you need and want. Shower took some time to warm up. Bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Very very nice stay!
It was dreadful. The room was disgraceful, the carpet was full of large stains, as was one of the chairs . There was no hairdryer, altbough in the details of the rooms, it says there is one. I tried to find somewhere else to stay but there was no availability. The only professional staff member was Vicky who was there to check me out.
Pleasant atmosphere staff welcoming clean and well equipped room. Very limited menu but I think due to presant circumstances. Breakfast very good and again staff was excellent Will stay again when in the area
