"The property was nice and so was the staff. The only cons was that some of the amenities announced were not open (for example, the roof top restaurant. I think the spa too). Also, for some reason, the toilet papers rolls in my bedroom were never replaced so after I personally asked some new ones in the beginning it got to the point where I went out and bought a bunch of them so I wouldn't have to worry anymore.
