Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un souci dès notre arrivée (de nuit), notre chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde et la clim faisait un bruit infernal. Le lendemain matin nous avons pu changer de chambre. Repas très bons et variés. Animation correcte."

"Hôtel bellissimo self service restaurant molto buona colazione e cena per altro molto assortita ed ogni giorno cose diverse personale gentilissimo Noi abbiamo preso la standard room bella e confortevole ma il bagno è vecchio e non pulitissimo se si prende la premium hai il bagno rinnovato valutare la differenza di prezzo comunque ottima location "

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Super séjour dans un cadre agréable.chambre spacieuse au calme .la restauration est de très grande qualités et variées .de nombreuses animations tous au long de la journée.un spa avec des masseuses très agréable.la piscine intérieure est grande et bien chauffée.en bord de plage et près d un lagon avec bcp d oiseaux."
