The food at the buffet was excellent. Lots of choices. Fresh fruit and salads and a great selection of fish and meats and vegetarian options. Staff are very friendly. It is just west of Funchal so a little quieter but walked into Old Town and had a rental car to explore the island. Lots of great hiking in Madeira. I will come back!!!!

Very pleasant stay. Great location on the ocean with lovely views especially at sunrise. Excellent breakfast buffet that is included. The staff were affable and helpful. Decor is a little dated but still feels like a modern hotel.
