"The overall experience at the Garden Rooms was good. We would return, though there were a few things which disappointed us. The large sliding doors to the outside were very difficult to open. We are not feeble but it was almost impossible to slide due to being very heavy and stiff. The room itself smelt very strong of wood smoke from the chimnea, we did not use it during our stay. "The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). "The small cottage is very well equipped, It has been very well thought out, every thing you need using the small tidy space. The outside area is so peaceful and will be at it's best in summer. The garden area very secure for a dog and the cottage is ideal for a single person and a four legged companion, quite a rare find. It rained very heavy one evening yet we heard nothing and felt very snug and warm. "

"Our stay was perfect from the off ! We stayed in the look out which came with a hot tub. Dinner was amazing went for chicken and beef dish followed by a cocktail by the fire. After dinner headed to hot tub and it stated to snow 🙌.Staff were excellent and never felt rushed. "
