"Stayed 5 nights, very satisfied overall. The place is out of the city in between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai so you'll need to arrange transportation whereever you want to go. They don't have a grand lobby, nothing luxary. However if you are looking for a nice quiet place, this is a place for you, we had a room with a sunrise view every norning. There were 2 rooms rented during my stay, with a total of 4 guests including us, but the staffs were hard to working keep everywhere tidy and clean....

"The grounds and our villa were immaculate, the European breakfast buffet very tasty and in a lovely indoor/outdoor setting. Our villa had a large balcony overlooking the neighbouring bushlands with the occasional buffalo and lots of birds and squirrels. On the negative side there's no pool for swimming.
