"We booked through hotels.com, but we booked a triple room, as it was cheapest option for a couple and a 20 year old daughter. On check in, there was not a triple room, rather than cancel us, they gave us 2 twins, much to the delight of all of us. Very friendly. Thank you"

"Pleasant hotel with nice room and bathroom. Limited local dining options, which meant hotel restaurant was very busy and it took a while for food to arrive. Breakfast very good. Gated parking on site. Ideally situated for a visit to the beautiful Powis Castle ( walking distance from the hotel)"

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down ..."
